Unfortunately due to the increased cost of providing  support to our customer base we have no option but to increase our standard daily rates as detailed below;

Standard Hourly rate    £65

Standard Daily Rate    £500

To offset these costs  we will be offering  a yearly support fee which if paid will give you access to reduced costs as detailed below;

Yearly Support Fee    £750 (Routing File & Barcode Support POA)

Support Hourly Rate    £55

Support Daily Rate    £400

In addition to these reduced prices, customers on a support contract  will also be able to prepay for time at a further reduced rate of £350 per day  when booked in blocks of 5 and paid for in advance.  These prepay packs offer a £750 discount on the standard costs and can be used any time within a twelve month period from the date of purchase.

We will also be launching a support section on our website which will offer a complete support ticket system wit 24/7 access as well as a FAQ and knowledgebase sections which will eventually be filled based on the questions asked.
